I really like this portrayal of Slushie much better than my idea of his character when I started the strip in 2008.  In the beginning I kept giving this impression that Slush was dumb or, at the least, a bit dim-witted, but I think he is much more interesting when characterized as quirky and naive rather than dim-witted.  Not everybody can see the method in his madness, but there definitely is some method there.
